If you have bought an item by mistake- convo me immediately and I will cancel and refund your payment - as long as the item hasn't already been shipped!

Items are normally packed up and shipped within 1 business day.
Proof of postage is always obtained. Where possible bags and cushions are sent tracked and insured.
I reuse packaging materials where practicable and am experienced in packing securely for the trauma parcels can undergo when travelling the world!
Please be aware that you are responsible for and may be liable for any Customs duties on the item entering your own country.
